From 1966-1970, the crews of the Huskie performed a total of 888 combat saves including 343 aircrew rescues and 545 non-aircrew rescues. ]]> The 347th retained both the 41st and 71st Rescue Squadrons and on May 1, 2001 the Air Combat Command (ACC) activated the 38th Rescue Squadron to bring pararescue Guardian Angel personnel to the Moody arsenal.
